| Zone approves a pending request for Event Sanction IF processed and paid, AND the preliminary schedule is received | ||
| No preliminary schedule received = No Event Sanction! | ||
| 2. | T –1 week |
Email the FINAL schedule of games, game times and locations (teams, sites, game times required; exact matchups NOT required) |
Mail check for assignment fees, $2.00 per game |

| CCA Competition Officer forwards schedule to Referee Assigner to assign referees to games. |

No assignment fees, No schedule = No referees! |
