COASTAL CALIFORNIA ZONE 
REFEREE ASSIGNMENT PROCEDURE
These regulations apply to all events sanctioned by CCA and USAWP. Event Hosts must:
1. Follow established guidelines for scheduling, sanctions, etc. set forth in the Coastal California Competition Manual
2. Send a preliminary  schedule of games, game times and locations via email (in MS Word or Excel) to the CCA Competition Director  by the Preliminary Closing Date for the event (i.e. no later than fourteen [14] days prior to the first date of competition).
3. Send a final and complete schedule of games, game  times and locations via email to CCA Competition Director by the Final Closing Date (no later than seven [7] days prior to the first date of competition) for the event.
4. Send hard copy of the final schedule, and a check in the amount of one dollar ($1.00) per referee per game as an assignment service fee (e.g. 12 games  Saturday + 10 games Sunday = 22 games; a check for $44.00). 

THIS FEE ADDS NO COST TO THE HOST. The Host shall reimburse itself  by reducing referee game fees at a rate of one dollar ($1.00) per referee/game or two dollars ($2.00) per game for games officiated by one (1) referee.   (Please see the referee fee schedule below)
