Club Administrator Users

Club Administrators must set up their administrator accounts through USA Water Polo Staff, unless they are a new club registering online for the first time online. (see Part 3) Club Administrators have to be members of USA Water Polo to access online registration.

Club Administrators can renew their club, edit their contact info, request a copy of their Practice Sanction Certificate, and Sanction Events Online.

Duplicate Club Names are not allowed! Members can search the database for their desired name without logging in to the system. From the Home Page click on ÒClubsÓ then ÒSearch ClubsÓ

If a ClubÕs Pool does not show up in the dropdown menu, they can add a pool by Clicking ÒAdd a PoolÓ

Confirmation Page Club AdminÕs can print page for their records.


Practice Insurance Request. This request is e-mailed to the insurance company and to USA Water Polo Staff. Zone Chair approval is not required for club practices.

Club AdminÕs can edit their club and pools address by clicking on ÒMy ClubÓ.


Club AdminÕs can submit their Event Sanctions Online. A club must have a current membership to sanction events. The database will not allow lapsed clubs to apply for an event sanction.

After their Event Sanction Request is submitted, the event must be approved by the Zone Chair. When the event has been approved, the sanction information is e-mailed to the insurance company.
